Service Description
You will have the Candle Bar to yourselves for 2- 1/2 hours (the retail section will still remain open to the public). You can also bring in food and beverages of your choice. There is a $600 spending minimum for the group as a whole and a one time $25 booking fee for the reservation (not per person). With this option you can make any of our projects everything from Candles, Laundry Detergent, Reed Diffuser, Body Scrubs, Bath Salt, Fabric Softener, Foaming Hand Soap, Shower Gel , Room & Linen Spray, Body Spray, and Hand & Body Lotion. If you would like to book a Private Party, we can accommodate up to 20 people at the bar at one time, however our store can accommodate up to 60 people. This is a great idea for Birthdays, Baby Showers, Wedding Showers, Friends Night Out, and Club Outings. Some locations offer a party room option for an extra charge. Set aside at least 3 hours for the candles to fully cure and be ready for pickup; larger containers will require additional time. If you wish to take your candles home the same day, please arrive at least three hours before closing. Our team may advise you that, due to staffing constraints, same-day pickup might not be possible, but we will do our utmost to assist out-of-town travelers. Alternatively, you can collect your candles the following business day after 1 PM or within two weeks. Unclaimed candles will be donated after the specified time without any refund or credit provided.




Cancellation Policy
No Refunds. I agree to the Terms & Conditions: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. If you attempt to reschedule less then 72 hours of your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited, and rescheduling will not be possible. Additionally, please be aware that booking fees are non-refundable, and rescheduling is allowed only once. Thank you for your understanding!
